Patients who are sick wishes for two things one to recover completely or find a way to sort out all inconveniences and make a smooth end to the illness.The doctors are most concerned in case of poor prognosis to decide on medical treatment. Here the article of James Rachel describes about the need of active euthanasia or passive euthanasia in these types of scenarios. It is insisted that euthanasia can be a better option for terminal ill cases who is going to die in less than six months compared to letting patient to die on own with pain.
