Answer #1

Firstly let’s list the seven principles of ethics. They are

  1. Beneficence
  2. Non-maleficence
  3. Autonomy
  4. Justice-social
  5. Justice-procedural
  6. Veracity
  7. Fidelity

Among these, the idea of veracity refers to telling truth and being honest. On the other hand, Fidelity refers to the integrity that one holds professionally or personally. It also refers to the respect for self, colleagues and the system that one lives in. These two principals were violated by the KPMG employees and the organization when they failed to prevent a wide scale cheating within the company.
