The network diagram is as below:-

5 5 E A 10 2 Start C D 6 LL LC

The different paths are:-

A-E-D= 5+5+2=12

C-D=10+2=12

B=6

So the project has two critical paths which are

A-E-D AND C-D

The project completion duration = 12 weeks

The critical paths are A-E-D AND C-D

The critical activities are, A-E-D AND B
