Answer #1

Autocratic rule was ended in 2011 in Egypt after the Arab spring. it was landmark event in development of democratic rule in Egypt. But still intervention of military in political system is posing threat to development of democracy in Egypt. Still democratic rule has not been fully realized in Egypt, it will take more time to get materialized. Participation of people is needed to strengthen democratic institution in Egypt.

On other side, Iran has been completely taken over by the theological proponents. it is being ruled through the Islamic rule. Thus, there is no hope in sight. Iran is not likely to adopt true democratic rule. it is moving towards more fierce form of government. All decisions are taken based on the islamic laws.

Thus, Egypt is more likely to be a full democracy by 2030.
