5)b. The reason behind displaying b in lower case letter instead of upper case letter is that upper case B letter is resemble to 8 in seven segment display.
Similarly, d is implemented in lower case letter instead of upper case letter because upper case D is resemble to 0 in seven segment display.
A, C, E and F are not resemble to any other word/letter when we display them on 7 segment display.
Hence b and d are displayed as lower case letters on a seven segment display but A, C, E and F are shown as uppercase letters.
