In this context, it is said that the organization is profitable which means that it properly does business although the leader is unethical which needs to be handled by the leadership accordingly in order to discard negative impact on the organization. As the level of competition is huge, organizations need to be aware that the margin for error is very less and organizations need to be almost perfect overall because such ethical issue will actually not help the organization accordingly.
