Outsourcing is when a company or business hires a business or an individual to execute some specialized tasks, it can be local or international and when it is international, it is called offshoring or offshore outsourcing. In particular, it has become a business practice for small to medium-sized businesses. As it allows such companies to concentrate more on the core of the business to achieve more success and expansion by saving manpower and expenses.
