1. Job rotation- This keeps the team motivated and learning increases too.

2. Take care of the employee- his personal and professional needs, lend a helping hand

3. Job parity- Two employees doing the same job but different ranks or salary leads to discontent among the employees. This needs to be avoided.

4. Support your team- Lack of support from superior affects team motivation and hence needs to be avoided.

5. Involve the team in decision making activities, make them feel that they matter.
