1. Right now the market are witnessing a vertical meltdown and the value of stocks are eroding each day.

Cause -

1. Due to fears of Coronavirus and economy shutting down

2.Due to risks of an impending recession.

Effects

1. Stock Markets have entered a bear territory as correction is more than 30 Percent.

2. There is complete panic in Market and margin calls and stoplosses are getting triggered..

B. When I see this much of a volatile market, l always hedge my portfolio with VIX futures so any spike In volatility doesn't cause me with much loss and I can protect against any black swan event too.
