  • Ensure to brief about company's organizational culture
  • Tell clearly about job nature, expectations, roles and responsibilities
  • Do not commit anything regarding acceptance or rejection of application
  • Do not commit on dates or time about next steps of process
  • Not share any information about remuneration of previous employee
  • Do not tell about urgency of hiring in a position as it may impact negotiation
