TLB is used for getting the physical frame number that is the physical address where the intended page is stored. After getting the physical address, cache is accessed to check whether the required physical frame is present in cache present not..

Thus the answer is False. If there is a hit at cache, still cache is accessed since they are used for two different purpose..
