c. The vacuole has a 100 times higher H+ concentration than the cytosol

Explanation : pH is the method used to measure the acidity or basicity of a solution by measuring the concentration of H+ ions in it.

Lower the value of pH, more acidic will be the solution. Generally we take pH=7 as neutral pH at which concentration of both H+ and OH- are same. When concentration of H+ inside the solution increases, value pf pH decreases. Per 10 times increase in H+ concentration decreases the value of pH by 1 and vice versa.

Formula for pH = - log H+

Here the difference between pH of inside and outside is 2 so there must be the difference of 100 times H+ concentration between the two compartment. Also inside Vacuole, the pH is 5 as compared to the cytosolic 7, so Vacuoles contain more H+ than cytosol.
