The symbol TC stands for 'to contain' and TD stands for 'to deliver' . These symbols are marked on glassware which have their own individual meaning. Suppose a glassware has TC 30°C written on in it then if you measure a volume from that glassware at 30°C temperature then while pouring volume to a different container you have to pour out every single drop of that liquid from volumetric glassware for accurate volume.

While on the other hand if TD 30° C is written on glassware then you don't have to take out every drop of the liquid but it will be inaccurate to try to drain out every last drop of liquid from glassware by blowing or by other means.
