These are also said to be the functions of management in the organization. Management is the backbone of an organization and hence it is an important part to distribute the resources in an optimal way. The four processes are defined below:

1. Planning - Outlining the way we are going to achieve the goal.

2. Organizing - Using the resources wherever they are needed to be.

3. Leading - Motivating and participating with the employees in the goals.

4. Controlling - Taking further steps on the plans that are going in the wrong direction.
