I believe the correct answer to be:

Baby X = Couple 1 (Abby and Seth)

Baby Y = Couple 3 (Nancy and Bill)

Baby Z = Couple 2 (Carol and Sam)

These observations are based on the codominance trait that the blood groups follow in humans where A and B are codominat while O is recessive.
