Answer #1

The given scenario creates ethical dilemmas. The first ethical dilemma is to create the jobs for others in overseas countries by FDI, while not creating opportunities in the home countries. It is created, because the community and societies want their first right to be employed, but it is not the case and ethical dilemma is created. The second ethical dilemma is the moving of the processes from home country to new country where FDI takes place. It can lead to job cuts and higher unemployment in the home country. It is not ethically correct. The third dilemma is the focus upon profit making, and less attention to the stakeholders in the home country. It means getting benefited at the cost of losses to the employees' families, communities in the home country.

In this condition, the first recommendation from the perspective of labor union leader is to ensure that no any employee will be fired in the home country so that employees and their families in the home country is safe and working without anxiety. The second recommendation will be the no any moving of the core process will be from the home country so that home country holds the advantages over the sister concerns in the country of FDI. The third recommendation will be proportionate recruited in the home country, with recruitment taking place in country where the FDI takes place. It will help, create more job opportunities in the home country.

So, above will be the recommendations as a leader of the labor union of labor forces.
