Vaccine is the component which provides the active acquired immunity. It contains the part of disease causing microorganism. It can be injected in body in the form of non activeness where functionality of the virus will blocked, Secondly only outer covering or coat will be used to get immunity. When these toxoid get injected in the body it act as foreign bodies against which immune system provides the immunity.

Now coming to next step Vaccination. It defines the method of administration of vaccine which induces the immune system to generate antibodies against the pathogen. The end result of the vaccination is the immunity. In which body immune system get activated against the pathogen. In future if this bacteria or virus will enter in body, In that case body will easily recognize it and will produce the antibodies against them.
