It has been observed many times within organisations that differences in social status and cultural issues can result in conflicts which affects the smooth execution of operations of the organisations, some of the examples are:
•   Within teams, members can belong to different colleges and issues regarding the inferior college colleague handling a superior college one can create issues and the same has happened in Tolexo. This resulted in non synchronisation of the tasks and final objective was not met.
•   Also, two teams having employees of different culture speaking different languages create issues and due to lack of communication vacuum gets created and work relationships go down resulting in lesser operational output.
