Answer #1

Option A mRNA is the most unstable type of RNA in a cell.

Explanation:- Bacterial mRNA is unstable and has a half-life of only a few minutes. After a particular structural gene is transcribed into mRNA the translation machinery comes and starts proteins synthesis on this mRNA through a procesa called translation. After this thebsaid mRNA is targeted by RNases that degarde it and the free nucleotides are reused during transcription. In order to form normal protein the mRNA shoud not undergo any change so it is better for a cell make mRNA available when translation is rquired so that protein or enzyme is formed . If mRNA remains for long time in the cell chances are that it may undergo any change that would alter the protein to be formed this is the reason why mRNA are unstable.

All RNAs from cancerous human lung cells were isolated and quantified using RNA-Seq and compared to all RNAs from normal lung cells. The data from both cell types (normal and cancerous) were analyzed, and the RNA data below show the results obtained for six different RNAs. The values are expressed in relative FPKM units (Fragments per Kilobase Million). The higher the FPKM value the higher the relative abundance of that RNA and the lower the FPKM value the lower the...
