Answer #1

You are a Product Based Company Engineering Professional say John Mayers .

Suppose Technical Team of Rival company offers you money and personal gifts to disclose latest product details of your company . The money is quite huge and amounts to 5 times of your current annual salary.

Here Disclosing product secrets to rival company is the Ethical Challenge for the professional John . But it is a controversial ethical dilemma for John because though money can buy him financial security but at cost of loyality to his parent company.

In such situation John should see that loyality is more valuable and also it is his company members teamwork and effort that created the product is also valuable . So it will be quite cheap and foolish to bargain John loyality and hard work of others with money being offered . So he should immediately reject offer of rival company and alert others to not fall in the greed trap .
