As a nurse leader/manager what ethical dilemma/ challenge do you face in your job

Nursing is a professional in which there are lot of challenges facing day to day by those who are practicing. The main challenges are maintain the staffing and to protect patient rights. This is very stressfull and need to fulfill while practicing. Advanced care planning, decision making and problem solving are other dilemmas facing.

Nurse leaders or managers have mentoring role also. So they are really stressfull while acheiving all the goals. There are facing many challenges ilike allocating staff or maintaining nurse patient ratio, budget in the ward and make sure the delivering of good care.

The nurse should really make a good knowledge in all these things before entering to the job. But the main focus is to acheive patient centered care. Maintaining good relationship in between team members.
