During the end of life care when there is patient autonomy being compromised there are ethical dilemmas arisen, ethical principles include autonomy, deficiency, nonmaleficence, justice, and fidelity.
Autonomy should be there as a central role for ethical decision making, it makes the patient as a decision-maker for the rights of self-determination. it was breached or absent when the patient lost decision-making capacity. this action will be violated when the decision-making capacity will go to the caregiver as a decision-maker and the patient will be unaware of their wishes. Beneficence as the best interest of the patient the physician to advocate what is good. At the end of life decisions, patient wishes may be absent. patient interest should be high lighted even the physician view of option good for the patients.
