Answer #1

The success of any strategic approach used by a manager is based upon the following key factors:

CULTURE
How the culture plays a part in the drawing phase of the decision can be considered to be the most significant implication over the understanding and adoption of any strategic changes or approach designed by the manager

ENGAGEMENT AND CONSIDERATIONS
How the managers balance the needs of the employees while the strategy was created has implications over its understanding and therefore, the participation of the subordinates.

INNOVATION AND CONFORMITY
If the approach brings about innovation while still keeping a solid structural foundation which is based on the factor of conformity between the previous decisions and the current ones can be used for the evaluation of its effectiveness.

COMMUNICATION
How well the changes are communicated play a significant role in its understanding and influence. We need to consider the fact that communication should not be a one-way process, rather, a two-way road where the positive exchange of information can occur from both sides, increasing involvement and engagement.
