  1. For any signal to caluclate time period u have observe time interval between peaks of the signal. For the above signal time period = 0.6 sec and frequency f=1/0.6=1.66 Hz.which is shown in fig below

form the power spectral density also directly we can caluclate the frequncy . if u observe the power spctral density there is a line called amplitude line with magnitude of around 24 at frequncy of 1.66 Hz and this is frequncy of the given signal.

2. answer for second bit

without aliasing the sampling period should be less than half of the tiem peroid and it sholud be less than 0.3 sec.
