A membrane bilayer A has more unsaturated fatty acids in its phospholipids i.e. have more double or triple bond in it than membrane bilayer B.

this is a known fact that Unsaturated fatty acids tend to be liquid at room temperature. therefore, membrane bilayer B is more likely to gel at lower temperatures than membrane bilayer A because it has less number of unsaturated fatty acids.
