Using UCSC genome browser/ dpSNP (human reference GRCh37/hg19) search rs1426654. Which chromosome and gene is this SNP located at? whats the ancestral and derived allele at the locus?

Searching those two databases to find the information however i am having trouble with the databases interpretting the information
