Firstly lingual lipase in mouth act on lipids followed by gastric lipase in stomach.

Then in small intestine, pancreatic lipase act on lipids resulting in their hydrolysis into fatty acids. These cannot cross mucous layer so they combine with bile salts to form micelles and then are absorbed.

Short chain fatty acids enter blood and goes to liver while longer ones enter lymph.
