Answer #1

Since parents know their child in and out they should be part of each and every, evaluation of their child. Hence, parenting and custody evaluations should not be separate roles and they should be part of the same role as the family lawyers, therapists and parenting educators all should work together help the child dig themselves out of entrenched positions, evaluate their goals. As this helps in developing a child-centered parenting plan that; can get them through the mediation and evaluation process for promoting the best interests of the child.
