Research suggests many expatriate employees encounter problems that limit both their effectiveness in foreign assignments and their contributions to the firm once they return home. 1st part:

Primary causes:

The primary causes for this problem are the employee diversity culture that affects the expatriate employees work performance in delivering best to the foreign assignments and their contributions drop towards the firm. The diversity can be based on race, ethnicity, gender, physical abilities, lack of economic status, religious beliefs etc. It cannot be said specifically but the diversity can be anything that may distract the employees focus to concentrate on the process of work, employee diversity is created by the other employees based on any reason as per the situation that not only affects the daily process of working operations but also lowers the organizations growth to achieve the success.

Consequences of the problems:

The consequences are absolutely negative and it may lower the work delivery in the organization. If the employees create the diversity issue in the work environment then the teamwork will not be witnessed in the organizations that will weaken the spirit of the workplace. The teamwork influences the work to maintain the effectiveness and standard, and if the workplace does not follow the culture of one team then the work delivery could not be met. Thus, the standard of the organization will fall down and reputation will be wasted from the industry that will directly affect the business process to maintain the growth will full economic aspects.

2nd part:

To reduce the occurrence, the HR managers, operations managers and the superior persons of the organizations are required to become proactive and take the effective decision on employee diversity. They should design an immediate rule to all the staffs of the organization to follow the policy to work under a team without thinking of any diversity. The employees are also necessary to be informed that not following of the policy or if any issue occurs, then the strict action may be taken against the cause. These can boost and make aware the employees to work together under a team within an organization with different culture people; it may be from own or outside the native country. Thus, it can be reduced in this way, but it is also necessary to monitor the staffs whether internally they are following the rules, as it will additionally work well to avoid any issue that comes between the work in the workplace environment.
