Releases substances from the cell via vesicles.

The cell constituents move out of cell with the help of vesicles because, vesicles carry molecule with it and fuses with cell membrane and release the carried molecules out of cell thus exocytosis occur. Thus vesicles consist of secreted harmones, antibodies, enzymes, proteins.
