Yes, Morality depends on religion and it varies with time and place and also on people's beliefs. If we look at the morality of the people, it is not the same throughout the world because of religion, local culture, environment and many other factors that determines morality. For example, If we look at the greeting style of the people and the way of hospitality to their guests then we can easily find the huge sort of differences and it is all due to the distinct morality of the people. In Hinduism, a cow is a sacred animal and people pray it as a part of religion while it is not the same in other religion which clearly shows that morality depends on religion.

There is indeed some sort of natural laws that are fixed throughout the world but nature also varies with time and place and also with the people's experiences that determine the morality of the people of that region. Hence, we can say that morality depends on various other parameters including religion.
