The bag has 125mg/300mL.

First we need to know how many mL we need to administer the patient so he gets 73mg.

Let's do a simple rule and solve for V:

125mg / 300mL = 73 mg / V mL

V = 175.2 mL

That's the total volume the patient will get, now we only need to calculate the flow rate, simply divide that volume by 300 min (5 h = 300min).

FR = 175.2mL/300min

FR = 0.584 mL/min
