Sequential steps are-

1) V and T snare snap shut

2) membrane of vesicle fuse with terminal membrane

3) exocytosis of neurotransmitter

4)Pinocytosis of membrane

V- snare and T- snare are the proteins which are attached to vesicle and transmiter membrane respectively which are interecting with each other and then twisted together so that they come close to each other and hence membrane fuse which cause the neurotransmitter vesicle to burst and release of neurotransmitter to next neuron(exocytosis). This leads to Pinocytosis of next neuron through synapsis process.
