We are working in production department which is highly tight department in manufacturing company as market pressure is very high regarding medicine and other valuable assets. Hence each and every thing is very important because your one thing is depend on other things e.g. your filling of vials is depend on formulation of medicine and sterilize load in autoclave.

Same way your cleaning also done within stipulated time so that you can start and complete your activity within frame time line. We started new plant so come across lot of problems and issue because we don't know the exact time for specific process like for filtration, formulation and autoclave. Whatever plan is prepare by organization is not of so use because it is very hard to follow them on shop floor.

To solved this organization called subject matter expert from individual area like from formulation, filling, autoclave, vial washing and sealing. They discuss details with them that how much time they require for cleaning and completion of one batch activity without any breakdown. They also include break time for operator and shift changeover. By this way they prepare very firm plan and got success also.
