Effective and Ethical leadership practices could be implemented in the organisation by using the right leadership approach in concern with the right people. Every leadership theory and approach has its own use and effective, thus making it unique in its own way.
A transformational leadership refers to a theory in which a leader effectively works with the team members together to identify the needed change to make them follow up and approach the right way to do the job. Vision is created and shared to make them change using the inspiration and creativity, making them commit to change and growth for the orgwnisation. The leadership generally focuses on how to transform the individuals into a better one by pushing their intrinsic values to the best.
Situational leadership is the theory in which a manager or a leader in an organisation adjusts his or her style of using and influencing the employees to fit with the right situation in te organisation affecting the right development level of the followers and the employees the leader is trying to influence. The style of leadership changes accordingly with different situations and change mechanisms seeing what are the factors causing the same situations and how effectively employees could be guided to perform their best in that particular situation.
At last, charismatic leadership is the approach where the employees in the organisation are influenced on the basis of the charisma of the leader and how effectively he/she is able to convince the employees to like and follow him/her and his/her ideas towards the achivement of organisational goals. Authority is derived from the charisma and is not provided by the organisational heirarchy. The person is having an intrinsic value leading people towards the goals by having the right charisma and attracting zeal to make the employees follow the person.
