5. Bioremediation

It is process of treating the pollutants in the contaminated media. This include water, soil and etc. This is done by altering the growth of microorganisms which can degrade the pollutants. It involves oxidation reduction reaction. It includes bio augmentation, phyto remediation, bio stimulation etc.
