C can be the components of single nucleotide. Because a nucleotide consist of nitrogenous base ( cytosine,guanine, adenine,thymine)+ a five carbon Sugar molecule( deoxyribose incase of DNA)+phosphate.

Here option C is the correct one it's the only one with hold the above mentioned criteria. A is no correct because it doesn't have a phosphate. B and D is not correct because it have ribose , since it's DNA
