Products of enzyme aldolase in glycolysis is -

Dihydroxyacetone phosphate (DHAP) and glyceraldehyde - 3 - phosphate.

Ans 31) substrate for aldolase is fructose 1,6 bisphosphate.

Enzyme aldolase catalysed reaction is the 4th step in glycolysis, its an energy splitting reaction, the reaction continues with glyceraldehyde 3 phosphate converting to 1,3 bisphosphoglycerate. While the DHAP is also converted to glyceraldehyde 3 phosphate by triose isomerase enzyme.
