During reconstruction era immigrant was given importance at place of black people.As black people working as slave labor in tea plantation,rubber plantation.but during reconstruction era and after world war1 the demand of labor was increase but at the same time slavery prohibition movement and right movement make difficult to find out labor.thus immigrant had take place of black slave in every sphere of their life.industrial lbaor demand was also make it possible to increase demand for immmigrant labo and worker.
