The first statement for the most likely and the last statement for the least likely action:

I choose the first statement for most likely action to be done because it is always important to encourage the employee for her efforts so you tell her that you are happy, asking her would give her the decision making ability to think what went wrong to trigger the same complaint and also make her look our for any underlying issues resolving around the same.

I choose the last statement for least likely action to be done because posting a note on the lunch area where everyone can see is a negative way to influence and motivate people and can cause negativity in the environment.
