Sequence is

3' TAC CUU AAG GAG CGG AAA GCA UCG AGA ATT 5'

In DNA the 4 base pairs used are

Adenine (A) = Thymine (T)

Cytosine (C) = Guanine (G)

In RNA the base pairs used are

Adenine (A) = Uracil (U)

Cytosine (C) = Guanine (G)

So thymine in DNA is replaced by uracil in RNA. But in this sequence both thymine and uracil are present which is not possible.

In proteins the protein production start from start codon and ends in end codon. And the RNA sequence for translation is taken in 5'-3' direction and not in 3'-5'.
