The complementary sequence is found when A, T, G and C is paired with T, A, C and G respectively.

Complementary DNA sequence:5' ATG TAC AGA TCC TAG 3'

mRNA is found to be same as the complementary strand except T is replace by U.

mRNA sequence: 5' AUG UAC AGA UCC UAG 3'

The tRNA is found to be complementary to the mRNA codon.

tRNA sequence is: 3' UAC AUG UCU AGG AUC 5'

Amino acid sequence is found from the mRNA codon table.

amino acid sequence: N- met- tyr- arg- ser- C

The UAG acts as stop codon. It does not encode any amino acid.
