Plasma membrane is a double layer. So, option 2 and 5 are incorrect.

1st option is incorrect because hydrophobic tails form the hydrophobic core of the membrane. They neither interact with the external aqeuous environment of the cell nor they interact with the cytoplasm of the cell. They are oriented towards one another to form the core of the membrane.

3rd option in incorrect because hydrophilic heads are not oriented towards one another in the membrane. They are present towards external environment of the cell.
