# Class switch recombination.

As soon as the B cell enconter an antigen, it gets activated and becomes blasting cell. Then, these B cells will become germinal centres and they undergo somatic hypermutation and class switch recombination. Finally they will be differentiated into plasma cell and memory cells. Plasma cells will start to secrete antibodies.
