EXPLANATION

Once exposure of specific antigen the specific B cell get activated. The B cell through division form two type of cell called as plasma cell and memory cell. The plasma cell are known as effector B cell which secreate antibodies against the antigen with high rate compare to naive B cell which have membrane bound antibodies. The effector cell also activate the T helper and cytotoxic T cell activation as well.

Explanation

isotype switching is the process by which class of antibody is produce. There are 5 class of antibody base on their differences in the constant region of their heavy chain \alpha \gamma\delta\mu and  \varepsilonrepresent IgA, IgG, IgD, IgM and IgE respectively . Naive B cell have antibody class IgM and IgD which are present over their surface. Once these naive cell become activated through class swtching recombination the other class of antibodies that is IgG, IgA and IgE are produce. IgM and IgD constant region are present near to each other thus get transcribe together and through alternate splicing both class of antibodies are produce. While in case of other class the class switching recombination at the level of DNA occur to produce them.
