The above fragment goes interior of the globular protein. Out of all the fragments given, this only contains lesser amount (only one) polar aminoacid. Usually in protein structure polar(hydrophilic) aminoacids tend to stay outside because, the outer environment is hydrophilic in nature and the non-polar aminoacids tend to stay inside the protein.
