In your computation part of the assignment, you found that the same data (oops, that was obvious, right?) showed a slightly different result when analyzed as independent vs as repeated measures. Why did this happen?

Answer #1

When data is analysed as independent, we assume a particular distribution and calculate a particular test statistic. For example for a certain set of data we calculate the t-statistic and interpret the result. However, fot the same data if it is before and after of a particular experiment we used paired-t distribution and the test statistic would be different.

Then indicate emission for the same transition as through various pathways, which would then result in many more emission peaks than was in the...

This assignment requires you to complete 2 annotated bibliographies for each assignment. Each annotated entry must concisely summarize key aspects of a study—participants, purpose, research design and methods, data analysis, key findings—and include a thoughtful evaluation of the significance of the study’s findings and conclusions as they relate to your topic. In order to write quality entries, you must understand each study—what the researchers did why they did it, and what they found and concluded.

    6. Engagement Activity: The t Test for Two Related Samples In the last chapter, you were introduced to Professor Ken Bonanno's Statistical Methods in Psychology class, where students are asked to complete a research study as a part of the semester-long course. Many of his students' research questions could be asked using the independent-measures t test, but there are other approaches, which will be explored in this chapter. Click the following topics to see some sample questions asked by Professor Bonanno's students....

This occurs when the launch height is the same as the landing height. Why is this so? My data doesn't really show this can someone explain why this statement is supposed to be true?
