You are proposing an experiment where subjects, at one point, need to complete a series of activities. For completion of each activity, they are given cash. Answer #1

From methodological perspective, if cash is not an independent/dependent variable, then it will become a confounding variable, seriously affecting the outcome of the experiment. What seemed to be an encouragement to pursue the experiment, will itself become a drawback for the experiment.

From an ethical perspective, it restricts the right of withdrawal of the participants from the experiment. At the beginning of the experiment, when consent is asked, there is also liberty given to the participants to withdraw from the experiment when they feel like. However, using cash as a means and preventing the attrition means not keeping up their word, which is deceptive and unethical.

A researcher has developed an experiment to measure the activity of an important liver enzyme. She adds the substrate for the enzymatic reaction to the dish of cells, then measures the appearance of the reaction products. The results are graphed as the amount of product on the y axis versus time on the x axis. The researcher noted four sections of the graph. For a short period of time, no products appeared (section A). In section B, the reaction rate...

Your goal is to separate the cutting agent from the drug. You will also need to test the compound purities. Acid/base extraction is one of the more difficult principles in organic chemistry to understand. The most straight-forward approach to understanding...
