Firstly, you are an amazing person who have gone through various difficult situations yet handled them very effectively. So, one of the most important things that you need to do at present is to stop punishing yourself with guilty feeling which would force you to focus on your mistakes and not strengths. Practicing forgiveness would help you overcome your fixed mindedness and move you towards growth mindset. It would help you open new avenues without worrying about the past or without worrying about your ability to do things.

Secondly, you need to become mindful of your actions in order to consciously engage in them and derive happiness and satisfaction. You have been very kind to others and you have always employed empathy when acting towards others. So, becoming mindful of your own actions towards yourself would help you do things better. This would mean that you would be able to spend time for yourself which would boost your confidence and self-esteem.

Finally, you have always been a great people person. It has helped you build a strong network around. This would mean when you feel down, approach people you trust and people who love you. It would help you energize yourself and find comfort which would in return make you attend your tasks boldly. Being with people would always help you remain human and avoid loneliness thus, it would also help you overcome your own shortfalls.
