Answer: Nursing is a life long learning process. It is important for a nurse to indulge themselves in the evidence based practice as well as critical thinking.

Within the next five years, the nurse get more experience so the promotion can be easily achieved. The nurse need to become certified in the specialization requires at least tow or more year. The nurse need to pass the certification exam conducted by the American Nurses Credentialing Center or any other credentialing body. This exam qualifications increases the chances of promotion as well as increase in the wages.
